Rates and
Reservations:
THE ONE
BEDROOM CONDO:
$800 per
week, or $125 per night, with a three (3) night minimum.
Holiday weeks
add $200: New Years, Martin Luther King, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

$650 per
week, or $98 per night, with a three (3) night minimum.

DISCOUNT
OPTIONS:
1. A 15% discount
is offered when both condos are rented together,
in lieu of other discounts.
2. A 15% discount is offered
with
multiple week rentals, in lieu of other discounts.
3. A 20%
discount is offered when both condos are rented for multiple
weeks, in lieu of other discounts.
4. Anyone having previously rented with us
qualifies for an additional 5% on subsequent visits, in
addition to other discounts that you qualify for.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We will refund your payment in
full as long as the request does not come less than one
month prior to a reservation date. After that time,
we will only
refund 50% of the amount of the rental. A late
cancellation inhibits our ability to find another renter.
If this isn't
clear, please contact us so we can explain it before you pay
for a reservation.

Maid Service Option:
O ccasional maid service
is available with prior arrangement for an additional
fee that can be quoted based upon your particular needs.
If interested, let us know and we'll discuss your needs with
our housekeeper to get an accurate quote for you.

Other Terms and
Conditions:
These rates
are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.
A deposit of
at least 50% is due to confirm reservation.
Final payment
must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
These are
non-smoking and no pets condos
with no exceptions.
Accommodations:
The one bedroom unit
has a king size bed, one
roll-away bed and a queen size fold out couch. It
accommodates up to four people, but is better suited for
three or less.
The studio unit
has a queen bed, a roll-away bed and a queen size sofa bed.
It accommodates up to four people, but is better suited for
three or less.
There is a
door between the units for those who want to rent both as a
combined two bedroom unit.
No more than eight
people can be accommodated by combining the two condos. The
two condos are connected by an interior door.
